By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

this is kind of hard to explain but you know how people have seen pictures but then draw them again in their own styles, thats what i do! everytime i draw a picture, i ask my brother "how does it look? does it need any improvements??" and he tells me to add a certain backround to it or whatever and he helps me with adobe photoshop.

No no no, that can not be it.
With the Link picture, that was the EXACT same picture. You did not do it over again, I doubt you have the skill to do that with such perfection.
And someone who did that would have said that they did a copy of the picture in the deviation description, at the least, and you did not even give credit to the original artist. You pretty much claimed it as your own.
